About Profile:
We are hiring for Our Customer Support Associate (Non Voice Process)- WFH
Salary- 2.4LPA To 3.60LPA
Responsibilities :
As a member of Blinkit's Chat Process, Non-Voice Process, or International BPO team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities may include:
• Chat Process Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through chat, providing support, and addressing queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer issues.
• Non-Voice Process Responsibilities:
• Handle back-office operations, including order processing and data management.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of processes.
• International BPO Responsibilities:
• Engage with international customers through voice or non-voice channels.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Operational Support:
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, whether in chat, non-voice, or voice interactions, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
