Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in an email support role.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using email support software and CRM systems.
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
