Handle inbound and/or outbound calls and provide support to customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a voice process role or similar customer service position.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
Proficiency in using call center software and tools.
