Bulk hiring in Teleperformance. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Customer Support & Sales Representative.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a work from home Customer service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat channels. You will address customer satisfaction and retention. As a remote employee, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in computer are preferred.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issue via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions and transections in the company's CRM system.
Provide product and service information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs met.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and response time goals.
Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft office suite.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
