Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction is at the forefront of the role.
Serve as the Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between the client and your company, ensuring communication is clear and consistent.
Understand Client Needs: Gather detailed information about the client’s business, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting meetings or calls with prospective clients to present the company’s products or services, demonstrating their value.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Leading negotiations to secure sales and close deals. This can include pricing, terms, and contracts.
Account Planning and Strategy
Account Planning: Developing a strategic plan for each client, setting goals, and determining the approach to meet those goals.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or products to existing clients to maximize account value.
Forecasting and Target Setting: Setting and achieving sales targets, and forecasting sales to track progress toward meeting revenue goals.
Project Management and Coordination
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
Ensure Timely Delivery: Overseeing timelines and ensuring that the products/services are delivered to clients on time and meet their expectations.
Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding service delivery.
Reporting and Analysis
Track Account Performance: Regularly review the performance of accounts, analyzing key metrics like sales volume, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
Provide Reports to Management: Reporting on account status, sales figures, and market trends to senior management.
Customer Retention and Satisfaction
Maintain Client Satisfaction: Continuously ensuring clients are happy with the service or product, leading to long-term relationships and repeat business.
Handle Client Feedback: Act on client feedback to improve service quality and address any concerns they may have.
