Responsibilities :
Provide expert counseling to prospective students about Airblack's makeup and beauty courses, helping them choose the right programs based on their career aspirations.
Create and maintain a detailed list of potential prospects to target and engage with.
Contact 150 to 200 candidates daily through calls, emails, or other communication methods to generate interest and qualify leads.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects by maintaining effective communication and conducting regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads, sharing insights and updates for a seamless handover.
0-2 Years of experience in B2C pre-sales in industries like Edtech, Banking, and Insurance, etc, or working as a customer support/client relations in BPO sector.
Fluent communication in Hindi and English Have a growth mindset to build India's largest skilling academy!
