Responsibilities :
Roles and Responsibilities as Student Engagement Associate
Collaborate with workshop organizers to define objectives and content.
Build and maintain relationships with college Points of Contact (POCs) and Class Representatives (CRs).
Facilitate discussions, group activities, and interactions with students before events.
Troubleshoot technical issues for smooth execution of workshops.
Create awareness among college students about NxtWave’s vision and offerings.
Work with the Pre-Sales team during non-workshop periods.
Key Requirements: Student Engagement Associate
Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more regional languages: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, or Hindi.
Self-motivated with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to diplomatically handle objections.
Strong interpersonal and target-oriented approach.
