About Profile:
We are hiring for Our Customer Service Representatives (Non Voice Process)- WFH
Salary- 40000
Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and account management.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
