Salary- 4LPA to 6LPA

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our product's features and functionalities. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.


What Your Work Will Entail:

Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new customers, providing them with in-depth knowledge of ThriveCart’s features and capabilities.

Create and implement tailored onboarding plans for approximately 120 customers per month, managing around 5 to 6 onboarding sessions daily.

Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including guides and resources, in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.

Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing customer questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth transition.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress in our CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives.

What You Bring To This Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred. 

Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or support roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and features.

Background in design and marketing, with the ability to create engaging onboarding content.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer experience.

Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
