About Profile:
We are hiring for Our Customer Support Executive (Blended Process)- WFH
Salary- Up to 2.25 LPA ( For Freshers)
Responsibilities :
The details of the role are shared below:
Job Title: Support Executive
Education Qualification: Graduate or of any equivalent qualification.
Stipend: 15,000 per month (subject to TDS)
Role: 6-month contract, extendable based on performance.
Mode of work: Work from Home
Shift Timings: 9 hours rotational shift
Preferred hiring location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to candidates queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
Identify and resolve candidate issues in a timely manner.
Handle all incoming emails, ensuring that each one receives an appropriate response and is escalated when necessary.
Professionally attend to calls, providing comprehensive information and support to callers.
Requirements and Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle different communication channels effectively.
Patience in managing escalated cases.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, and familiarity with our industry will be an advantage.
