About Profile:
We are hiring for Our Customer Support Executive (Non Voice Process)- WFH
Salary- 6LPA
Responsibilities :
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide timely and effective email and live chat customer support.
Utilize MS Office Suite and CRM software for managing customer interactions.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and manage ticketing systems to resolve customer issues.
Maintain and update knowledge base tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
