What you’ll do
Hi,
The Director, Audits and Compliance is a product and technology aficionado, with expertise in the areas of Information Security Compliance, Risk Assessments and Audits. This is a unique and crucial role within Sprinto. The role requires cross-functional collaboration as well as superior execution and communication skills in a fully-remote setup. The North Star for a person playing this role would be to ensure businesses across industries/verticals can implement & demonstrate compliance with any Information Security Framework with minimal human intervention.
Some key responsibilities of the role
Develop a robust Sprinto Common Control Framework which would enable our team to extend support for 100+ Global Compliance Frameworks
Enable businesses across industries/verticals to implement any Framework supported by Sprinto with minimal human intervention -- by working with our innovative product team and ensuring implementation guidance for each control has been "productised" into Sprinto
Establish an engine to continuously upgrade the compliance know-how of the overall team -- across Sales, Customer teams, Product and Marketing
Lead a team that works with Marketing, Sales, Success and the Product teams to launch and deliver new compliance framework capabilities
Build and maintain a network of reputed audit partners across the globe to ensure a hassle-free end-to-end journey for our customers
Last but not least, continue to improve Sprinto's own security and compliance posture as we scale to a global business
